The packages include:
- welcome cocktail, 3 lunches, coffee breaks, conference dinner.
- access and support for the poster sessions.
- assistance before and during the conference.
- internet access during the conference.
- access to all conference sessions, plenary and invited lectures (not for the accompanying persons).
- all conference materials (not for the accompanying persons).
- the right of submitting maximum 2 scientific works at the partner journals for the special conference volumes (not for the accompanying persons).
Payment method: The registration fees displayed in EUR have to be fully transferred into the bank account (additional transfer charges or fees must be covered by the sender). There are no refunds or returns for payments performed for the conference. The payment of the registration fee shall be done only after receiving an invoice from the organizers. For this, please ask the organizers for providing an invoice.

* The registration is not complete until the participant makes proof of the registration fee payment (a scanned document of the payment) – to be submitted at ceecpcms@gmail.com and andrei.rotaru@ubbcluj.ro
* The visa documentation and application will start only after the registration is completed, while the invitation letter is provided only if the registration fee was already paid.
The CEEC-PCMS3 & CATCAR35 conference does not welcome persons working/registered with institutions from Russian Federation, nor working/registered with institutions from Belarus. Those associated with institutions from Russian Federation and Belarus are not accepted at CEEC-PCMS3 & CATCAR35 conference.
Pentru participanții care sunt angajaţi sau studiază la universități/institute de cercetare din România şi Republica Moldova, taxa de înregistrare pentru participarea la simpozionul CATCAR35 (care include şi participarea la CEEC-PCMS3) a fost redusă după cum urmează:
- A1R în valoare de 1300 RON în loc de A1 400 EUR;
- B1R în valoare de 1050 RON în loc de B1 300 EUR;
- C1R în valoare de 625 RON în loc de C1 150 EUR;
- A2R în valoare de 1550 RON în loc de A2 450 EUR;
- B2R în valoare de 1300 RON în loc de B2 350 EUR;
- C2R în valoare de 730 RON în loc de C2 170 EUR;
